I made an effort to keep my parents happy.

I made an effort to make them proud.

I made an effort to keep my sisterhood high.

I made an effort to save my bond with my kin.

I made an effort to stay in love.

I made an effort to save my dying friend, who was beyond my family.

I made an effort repeatedly.

I made an effort to talk it all out.

I made an effort to call.

I made an effort to be there for myself.

I made an effort to be there for others.

I made an effort.

I couldn’t keep up, I failed.

Failed repeatedly, yet never gave up.

Never gave up even when the threshold crossed.

I still kept at it, to realize that sometimes nothing matters.

There’s a race everyone wants to win.

There’s a game everyone plays.

There’s a strategy that hurts only the loved one’s.

But eventually, every one makes an effort to love?

I made an effort.

But now I’m somewhere lost!
